Water
Coke Zero
Non fat yogurt
100 cal crisp thins
25 cal mint choc thing
1 x apple sauce pot (3 more of those to have)
Garden burger, w/o bun.

And then possibly something at Starbucks later if I go there to work.

I am going vegetarian. As of now. As of seeing that video. That inhumanity. I can't believe how naive I've been for 20 years.
I don't need meat. I didn't eat meat today.

*Starbucks

*100 cal soup
*100 cal bag of thincrisps
*Dinner= mashed potato, green beans, bite of pasta, some cheese.

I don't know how many calories but this has been my first actual good day. I feel light and wonderful.
